2 Bedroom House in Tin Can Bay

This house is ideal to share with plenty of living zones in the main house and the advantage of have the separate sleeping quarters of the boathouse so you can retreat to your own space of a night time.
The main house has 2 bedrooms, each with a king size bed, ceiling fans and air conditioning. They also have their own doors leading out to separate decks. Several different living zones means it is very comfortable for dining, watching TV or simply relaxing with a good book.
There is an ensuite off the main bedroom which has a bathtub in addition to a walk in shower and has external access.
The main bathroom has another walk in shower and toilet.
There is also the addition of the small office and library which is upstairs and ideal should you need to bring the laptop to do a bit of work while you are away. Wifi is included.
The kitchen is the hub of the home and has been set up with everything you need to cook up a storm on the gas stove.
There are several decks for relaxing and entertaining with various styles of outdoor furniture plus a BBQ. The best part is the swim spa which can be used in the summer months only.
Covered carparking is available for 2 cars plus there is room for off street parking for other vehicles which are secured within the fully fenced and gated grounds.
You have everything you need to enjoy the most relaxing holiday.
